WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A CONSULTATION?
An initial consultation will last from 90-120 minutes. I will ask lots of questions about your symptoms, health concerns and goals. I will then take a detailed case history to identify any systems under stress. A Nutrition Plan will then be created for you to follow along with any supplement recommendations if necessary.
-
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT?
A follow-up appointment is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation. This is a shorter appointment at about 1 hour and is an opportunity to see how well the plan has worked, review your symptoms and any new goals. A revised plan will be created for you to follow.
